Maker (Jean Smiley) of Simsbury, CT.; his grandchildren, Makenzie, Tristan of Carbondale, CO, Kathryn and Nathan of Simsbury, CT; his nieces, Lauren M. Siviski of Portland, ME and Abigale Maker of New York, NY; and his nephew Geoffrey Maker of Waterford, CT..
