He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bulmer and Katherine Bulmer (Whalen); his significant other Eileen McLoughlin; his son Gary Bulmer; and his siblings, Marion White, Robert Bulmer and Arlene Olson.
He is survived by: his children, George Bulmer (Suzanne) of Brooklyn, Paul K. Bulmer (Vicki) of Danielson, Cheryle Gardner (Harold) of Chester, NH, Deborah Deorsey (Eli) of Danielson, Kenneth Bulmer (Karyl) of Brooklyn and Charlene Bonneau (Richard) of Thompson; and his brother-in-law Ed McLoughlin (Maureen). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
