With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maybelle Schmitt (Durham, Connecticut), born in Woodstock, Connecticut, who passed away on February 25, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Purce and Mary Mason Purce; and her great grandchild Devin. She is survived by: her son Donald F. Schmitt, Sr.; her daughter-in-law Jane Schmitt of Durham; her grandchildren, Donald F. Schmitt, III of Durham and Julie O'Malley of Durham; and her great grandchildren, Shannon and Kendra O'Malley DJ Schmitt of Durham.
