She is survived by : her parents, John Mrtka and Julia Mrtka; her children, Scott Jezek (Shea) and Doreen Jezek; her husband Joseph Pulliam of East Haddam; her grandchild Jesse Jezek (Elisha); her children, Ryan, Leah of Avon and Zachary Jezek (Shannon); her granddaughter Milada of Moodus; her children, Tony Fiala of East Haddam, Michelle Fiala of Essex, Mackenzie, Madison and Mitchell Holdmeyer; and her cousin Mildred.
