He is survived by: his wife Wanda M. D'Agostino (Skoczylas); his children, Anthony "Tony" S. D'Agostino of Coventry, Rebecca N. Kowalczyk (Michael) of South Windsor and Ludwika "Vicky" Hannon (Jason) of Coventry; his grandchildren, Kiera Donaghy (Ben) of Norwich, Kirsten Sharpe of Vernon, Christian Grabner of Windsor, Sciarra Hannon of Coventry, Quinn D'Agostino of Vernon, Avani Hannon of Coventry and Karol Kowalczyk of South Windsor; his great grandchildren, Anthony and Julian Amed of Vernon; his siblings, Anthony D'Agostino (Paola) of Wethersfield, Paul D'Agostino (Tina) of Wethersfield, Settimo D'Agostino of Wethersfield and Lia LaPlante of Wethersfield; and his brother-in-law Kazik Skoczylas (Patricia) of Windsor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, former customers, and dear friends.
