He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L. Sr. Parmlee and Lucy Parmlee (Gallo). He is survived by: his wife Helen; his daughter Missy Jorczak (Jeff); his grandchildren, Sara, Nathan, Tanner and Alex; his siblings, Ann Boxall (Bob) and Tom Parmlee; and his godson Jason Boxall.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (930 Burnside Ave, East Hartford, CT 06108).
