She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Kennedy and Grace Kennedy (Latimer). She is survived by: her sons, James Damiata of Newington, William Damiata of East Hartford and Joseph Damiata; her grandson Santino Damiata; her sister-in-law Dora Kennedy; and her caregiver Mercy. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
