He was predeceased by: his sons, Michael J. and Frank E. Fratto. He is survived by: his parents, Frank Sr. and Vincenza Buffa Fratto, Sr.; his children, Christopher J. Fratto (Bettina) of Tupper Lake and Lisa A. Page (Mark) of East Haven; and his brother Samuel Fratto of Maybrook. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
