Maciejak of East Haven, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 79, on April 13, 2024. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Linda Geremia Maciejak; his daughters, Donna Suppa (Alphonse) of Branford and Lisa Maciejak of Branford; his grandchildren, Victoria and Alphonse Suppa Jr.; his sister Frances Maciejak of Hamden; his siblings-in-law, Vincent "Jimmy" and Maryann Cillo; and his close friends, Ralph "Butch" and Dale Mannochi.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Porto Funeral Home (234 Foxon Rd, East Haven, CT 06513). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Church (80 Taylor Ave, East Haven, CT 06512).
