She is survived by: her children, Anthony Myjak (Arlene) and Thomas Myjak, Jr. (Corinne); her grandchildren, Cori, Rachel, Thomas III, Renee and Katie; and her brothers, Vincent Corniello (Phyllis), Joseph Corniello (Jean) and Anthony Corniello (Nancy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
