She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Robbins and Mary Robbins. She is survived by : her husband Olav Haneberg (Bob); her son Eric Haneberg; her daughter-in-law Maren Haneberg; her daughter Kristin Haneberg Goldstein (Daniel Goldstein); her grandsons, Aidan Goldstein, Hunter Goldstein, Robert Haneberg and Arthur Haneberg; and her siblings, Patricia Robbins and Arthur Robbins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake.

“Just the mention of her name put a smile in my heart because of all the high school memories we shared! Claudia was the one that gave our close group a bright and cheerful answer to all of our teenage woes! The day we found out she was Bob's girlfriend and then their marriage...(his sister was in our group) we were so happy!
