She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne Kulakowski, (Maciora) and Joseph Kulakowski, Sr.; her siblings, Victor and Joan; and her sons-in-law, Jerry (Janet) and John (Andrea).
She is survived by: her husband Pierre (Pete); her children, Karen Brochu, John Capuano of Portland, Ore, Janet Bourgault of Niantic, Gary (Suzanne) of Oakdale, Lisa (Leonard Radziwanowicz) of Whidbey Island, Wash and Andrea Hartke of Waterford; and her grandchildren, Chelsea, Alyssa (Evan), Arianna (Will), Brian and Alexander.
