She was predeceased by : her husband Harold Hornstein; her parents, Franklin Homer Hubbell and Helen Eugenie Osborn Hubbell; and her siblings, Jean Hallock and Donald Hallock.
She is survived by : her children, Jeffrey Hornstein of Manhattan and Deborah Alexander Hereld of Cheshire, CT; her grandchildren, Megan Patricia Hammond (Paul) of San Francisco, CA, Shoshana Hereld (Calypso) of Oaxaca, Mexico and Shira Hereld of Denver, CO; her great grandchildren, Tom, James and Alex Hammond; and her caregiver Faigie Wright of New Haven, CT.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
