He is survived by: his spouse Jolie Cartagena (Woods); his sister Provincial; his mother Georgina Cartagena; his children, Noemi Cartagena of Waterbury, CT, Julie Cartagena of Enfield, CT and Angelica Cartagena of New Britain, CT; his grandchildren, Giana, Alexia, Ronnie, Elijah, Kendrick, Janiah and Angel; and his siblings, Maria Cartagena of Bloomfield, CT, Maritza Cartagena of Cayey, Puerto Rico and Pedro Cartagena of Hartford, CT.
