Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Anna Chapman (Enfield, Connecticut), born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 78, on June 13, 2018. She was predeceased by: her spouse Paul Chapman; her parent Jeremiah O'Leary; her sister Catherine Kowszik; and her nephew Andrew Kowszik. She is survived by: her parent Hannah O'Leary (O'Connor); her children, Beth Schwartz (Jeff) of Bolton, Paul Chapman (Kelly) of Burlington and Christopher Chapman (Jill) of Southington; her grandchildren, Maeghan, Madison, Laura, Caelan, Elise, Hayden and Kamryn; and her brother James Leary of Massachusetts. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
