She was predeceased by: her spouse Steven Zaitz; her parent Roman Grischuk; and her brothers, Walter, Roman and Michael Grischuk.
She is survived by: her parent Olga Grischuk (Berozki); and her sisters, Helen Hopkin, Bernice Wood, Nadja Cannella, Vera Dufault, Jennie Spence, Katherine Maticke, Lena Grischuk and Stephanie Costanzo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Charitable donations in Anne's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
