He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Ciolkis. He is survived by: his close friend Caroline Kamay; his children, Ronald Ruggiero of Vero Beach, FL and Linda Ruggiero of Hazardville; his grandson Jeffrey Ruggiero (Jeannie) of Palm Coast, FL; and his great grandchildren, Josh, Emma, Taylor and Meghan.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice.
