He is survived by: his parents, Charles Fields and Mary Fields (Sherman); his wife Ruth Racquet; his children, Charles (Sandra) of Enfield, George (Kristie) of Suffield and Margaret (Maggie); his husband Robert Simon of Shelton; his grandchildren, Adam, Dylan, Erin, Jessica, Charles IV, Fields Simon and Matthew Simon; his great grandchild Eleanor Rose Fields; and also Windsor Racquet.
