With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Bernier of Enfield, Connecticut, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 18, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bernier and Marie Bernier (Lamirande); his wife Ann Bernier (Murphy); and his sister Marie Gaugan. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Kellarson (Randall) of Stafford, Jennifer Bernier of Enfield, Edward (Jean Bernier) of Burlington, CT and Thomas (Karen Bernier) of Bristol; his grandchildren, Ryan, Sean Kellarson, Edward Bernier, II, Mitchell Bernier and Amber Usher; and his siblings, Lawrence Bernier, Paul Bernier, Robert Bernier, Allen Berner and Joanne Blackford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Red had a soft spot for children and has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
