She was predeceased by: her sister Françoise; and her son Justin William Barber. She is survived by: her husband William B. Barber; her brothers, Michel Simar, André Simar and Colombia; her sisters-in-law, Amy Lynn Barber of Sandwich, MA and Beth Barber of Sandwich, MA; and her siblings' children, Juliana Simar, Miguel Esteban Simar, Hannah Kornberg, Isabela Simar, Andres Jose Simar, Juan Felipe Simar, Ana Marcela Simar and Juan Sebastian Simar.
