He was predeceased by: his parents, William Halpin and Elizabeth Halpin (Gautreau); his daughters, Donna and Darcy; and his brother Robert "Buddy" Halpin.
He is survived by: his significant other Maggie; his children, Lisa Coope (Tom) of Somers, Karen Alger (Steve) of Somers, Danna Krzynowek (Michael) of Somers and William Halpin of Stafford; his grandchildren, Kara Coope, Brian Coope, Daniel Halpin, Niko Krzynowek (Kayla) and Bianca Krzynowek; and his brother Jerry Halpin (Rose). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
