She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Zawistowski and Mary Zawistowski (Wal); her husband Leopold P. Lesniak; her daughter Kathleen Kowalenko; and her siblings, Steven, Joseph, Gus, Theodore Zawistowski, Bernice, Alice, Helen, Irene, Mary and Sophie.

She is survived by: her daughter Karen T. Lesniak of Tacoma, WA; and her grandson Brian Kowalenko of Enfield.
