He is survived by: his wife Nga; his stepchildren, Anh Pham (Ariana) of Windsor Locks, CT, Tuan Pham (Lena) of East Hartford, CT, Ngoc Pham of Enfield, CT, Trang Pham of Windsor Locks, CT, Hang Dao of Manchester, CT and Huyen Dao of Enfield, CT; his sister Ursula Wardakas (George); his siblings-in-law, Chuc Pham and Ngoc Pham (Phep); and his nieces and nephews, Anhtho, Quyen, Hoan, Aily, Nguyen and Anh. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
