He was predeceased by: his wife Laura T. Manning (Therrien); and his parents, Michael Manning and Mary Manning (Giles). He is survived by: his daughters, Debra M. Edwards of Farmington, Kathleen E. Martini (Thomas) of Enfield and Maureen M. Gagne of Somers; and his grandchildren, Timothy Martini, Peter Martini, Sara Martin, Kaitlin Gagne (Megan Gagne) and John.
