He was predeceased by: his brother Rick Shepard. He is survived by: his children, John T. Shepard, Jr. and Kelly Osbourne; his grandchildren, Jordan A. Shepard, Mia Osbourne and Syrus Osbourne; his great grandchild Lelia King; his siblings, Tina Heath of Vernon, Joseph Brace, Longmeadow Shepard and Craig Shepard; and his wife Mildred Shepard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
