He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph T. Zukowski and Barbara McCahey (Scirica). He is survived by: his daughter Tara Lynn Zukowski; his brothers, Kevin Zukowski (Michele) and David McCahey (Michelle); his nieces and nephews, Jessica Blankenship, Matthew, Nicolas Zukowski, Amanda and Kyle McCahey; his uncle Donald Zukowski (Kathy Gable); and his friends, Mark Lamagna (Nina) and Brian Poudrette (Kelly).
