He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Fletcher (Lane); his sons, Jeffrey L. Fletcher of Enfield and Brian P. (Josephine Fletcher) of Enfield; and his granddaughter Kelli Fletcher.
