He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Murtari (Hill); his parent Rachel Murtari (Coluccio); his children, Cheryl Polek (Clem) of Feeding Hills, MA, Mark Murtari (Angela Benvenuto) of Enfield and Brian Murtari (Michele); his grandchildren, Chris Polek (Marina Ruge) of Agawam, MA, Jason Polek (Marcy Laine-Firaza), Gabrielle, Jacob and Emily Murtari; his great grandchild Olivia Polek; his sisters, Catherine Evans of East Hartford and Patricia Prouty of Windsor Locks; and his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Kitzler (Hill) and Doug Hill (Mary).
