She is survived by: her husband Edward S. Kot; her daughters, Debra Kaika (Paul) of Marlborough, CT, Paula Kot (Eric Purchase) of Lewiston, NY and Pamela Kot (James Bianco) of Enfield; her brother Michael Melnyck of Ludlow; her grandchildren, Melissa (Jamie Knight) of Ashford, CT and Ryan Kaika of Sacramento, CA; and her great grandchild Emma Katherine Knight. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
