She is survived by: her daughter Leah M; her grandchildren, Ian Kos, Meadow Gates, Anthony Kos, Joshua Schumann-Morales, Gabriel Rivera and Isaiah Kos; and her siblings, Michael Kelly of Canton, MA, Daniel Kelly of Putnam, CT, Darren White of Chaplin, CT, Lianne Kelly Rusnak of Attleboro, MA and Aprille Falletti of Ellington, CT.
