He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Whiteley (Kiernan). He is survived by: his wife Heidi; his children, Hannah and Jack; his father John Whiteley, Sr.; his brothers, John, Jr. (Helene Whiteley), Robert (Pamela Whiteley) and Brian (Kimberly Whiteley); and his mother-in-law Cheryl Howell (Morey) of Clearwater, FL.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and leaves behind many great friends.
