He was predeceased by: his wife Ann McNamara (Astle); his parents, Lawrence M. and Marjorie McNamara (Schildge); and his brothers, Richard and Marshal.
He is survived by: his birth mother Flora McNamara (Lusa); his children, Christopher (Lynn McNamara) of Nunda, NY, Michael, Gloria McNamara of Kalamazoo, MI, Mary-Ellen and Richard Yezek of Plainville, CT; his grandchildren, Timothy McNamara (Amy), Meaghan Grohalski (James) and Ian McNamara; and his friend Marval. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Browne Memorial Chapels (43 Shaker Rd, Enfield, CT 06082). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (St. Jeanne Jugan Parish) (23 Simon Rd, Enfield, CT 06082).
