He is survived by: his parents, Ernest J. Percoski and Diana M. Percoski of Enfield, CT.; his stepdaughter Samantha Laitinen of Worcester, MA; his significant other Diane Vinesett of Agawam, MA; his sister Linda Percoski of Enfield, CT; and his nephew David Carmona of Enfield, CT.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, many cousins and friends.
