He was predeceased by: his father Neftali Martinez; and his grandmother Maria Rivera. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his sons, Nazikiel and Jahzaez; his mother Nancy Ortiz; his siblings, JamieLee Nazario, Neftali, Nataly Martinez, Lydia Rivera of Newark, NJ and Vincent Nazario; his mother-in-law Suzanne; and his siblings-in-law, Ashley Caravello and Robbie Caravello of Enfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
