He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Kelley and Irene Kelley (Duval). He is survived by: his wife Kathie Kelley (Kanour); and his siblings, Beth Rashid of Harrisburg, PA, Frank Kelley of Houston, TX, Barbara Pasquito of Lawrenceville, NJ, Ted Kelley of Lyndhurst, OH and Bill Kelley of Penny Farms, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
