With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Forand of Enfield, Connecticut, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 23, 2020 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Forand to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin J. Forand; her parents, Lawrence Downey and May Downey (Welch); and her siblings, Mary Wilby, William L. and Lawrence Downey.
She is survived by: her brother Eugene R. Downey of Barton, VT; and her niece Carole Emmons. She is also survived by cousins and extended family and friends.
