She was predeceased by: her son Kyle; and her uncles, William Spitzel, Michel Caouette and Philip Caouette. She is survived by: her parents, Terry Chase and Louise Chase; her children, Robby, Hannah, Zachary and Aaron Sliva; her brothers, Terry Chase III (Erin) and Timothy Chase; her aunts, Janine Spitzel, Laura Caouette and Madeleine Scher (Michael); her uncle Andre Caouette; and her nieces and nephews, Kathryn, Curtis, Abigail, Madison and Braelyn Chase.
