He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Nicotera (Cohutt); his children, Lisa Nicotera of Los Angeles, CA and Paul Nicotera (Antoinette) of Avon; his stepdaughters, Pamela Thompson (Chris Twardowski) of Vero Beach, FL and Lisa Thompson of Maine; and his grandchildren, Bryant Chappell and Maggie Twardowski.
