With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Davenport (Enfield, Connecticut), born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 3, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Davenport and Gertrude Davenport (Lester); and his brother Stanley Davenport. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Davenport (Bates); his children, Richard J. Davenport (Brenda) of Hampden, MA, Lori Davenport Hinkel of Palmer, MA and Kristine Gustafson (James) of Palmer, MA; his sister Gertrude Berube (Theodore) of The Villages, FL; his grandchildren, Miranda Hinkel, Rachel Hinkel-Wang, Uriah Hinkel, Erica Davenport Bamberg, Richard Davenport, AnnMarie Barlow, Nathanael Davenport, Victoria Davenport and Joseph Davenport; his great grandchild Arcadien Wang; and his pet Buddy.
