It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Downs (Enfield, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on June 21, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Downs; his grandson Eric Pascoe; his siblings, Robert, Sherman, Joseph and Roberta; and his siblings-in-law, Rosemarie Healy and John Healy.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Downs (Burnett); and his spouse Carol Downs (Mascola). He is also survived by his children and their spouses who gave him wonderful care in the past few weeks and years of love: Kelly and Lee Pascoe, Richard and Susan Downs, Susan Downs and Thomas Healey, and Scott and Denise Downs, and his grandchildren.
