He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Higley and Elizabeth Higley (Shick); and his siblings, Frank and Joan. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Higley (FitzGibbon); his son Robert Allen Higley of Enfield; and his siblings, Albert Higley, Leslie, Mary Hagen (Robert) and Harold Higley, Jr. (Kathi). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
