He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Owen and Helen Owen (Westran). He is survived by: his wife Monica Owen (Jesswein); his children, Hawwa Djuned (Rasul Jad Al) and Amanda Falco (Anthony Falco) of South Windsor; his grandchildren, Ilham Jad Al-Raheem, Aminah Jad Al-Raheem, Solehah Jad Al-Raheem and Alana Lee Falco; his siblings, Steven (Katharina Owen) of Tolland, Loreen (Michael Wall) and Cynthia Walter; his aunts, Mary-Jane Owen and Jeanette Owen; and also Tom. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
