We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2018, at the age of 59, Thomas Gwiazda (Enfield, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Catherine Gwiazda (Roberge); his children, Dylan and Christina; his son Simon; his parents, Henry Gwiazda and Ann Gwiazda; his brother Gary Hammond; his sister-in-law Pam Roberge; his children, Attn of Development, Office of Development, Springfield St and Carew St; and also, Kari Auretta, Shelly West, Jesse West, Oliver Carey, Norm Roberge and Flo Roberge. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, grandparents and cousins.
