He was predeceased by: his parent Chauncey Merrill; his wife Lillian Olive Merrill; and his son Vernon Merrill. He is survived by: his parent Sadie Merrill (Pike); his son Rodney Merrill; his sister Rowena Kennedy (Jim); his daughter-in-law Marie Merrill; his grandchildren, Christopher, Janine, Colleen, Karen Merrill and Michael Rossman; his great grandchildren, Dustin and Jillian; his child Carew St; and also David Merrill.
