It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vincent Catania of Enfield, Connecticut, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 24, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Catania and Mary Catania (Scalia); his siblings, Hills C. C. Longmeadow and Marie; his brothers-in-law, Austin Grady and Richard Tinto; and his cousin Ronald Rinaldi.
He is survived by: his children, James of Stafford Springs, CT and Michelle of Enfield; his grandson Zachary; the mother of his children Mary Jane Raffia; and his siblings, Jean Tinto of Newington, Carmen Catania (Honey) of Enfield, Joseph Catania of Ellington and Linda Bennici (John) of Enfield. He is also survived by six nephews, five nieces, six great-nephews and eleven great-nieces, as well as many other relatives.
Due to the health crisis pandemic funeral services for Vincent will be private as well as interment with military honors in St. Patrick's King Street Cemetery, Enfield.
