He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Griffin Kelley; his parents, Bernard J. Kelley and Kate Kelley (Dougherty); his sisters, Elaine Reyher and Patricia Kelley; and his brothers-in-law, Warren Reyher and John Navin.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Kelley of Stratford, Maura Kelley of Stratford and Bernard J. Kelley, III (Briana) of Fairfield; his grandchildren, Ronald, Patrick Huber, Emma, Jacqueline and Crew Declan Kelley; and his sister Cathline Navin of Suffield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
