She is survived by: her siblings, Wendy Wellington, Karen White, Jeffrey Gazdik and Timothy Gazdik; her nephews, Bryan, Tyler and Brandon; her close friend David Chirico; her stepdaughter Sarah Hackett; her children, Hannah and Hudson; her aunt Roberta; her uncle Mike; her cousins, Kevin Yatsinko and Carrie Childers; her aunt Gail Egeressy; her cousin Sheri Strock; and her godmother Gail MacQuarrie.
