She was predeceased by : her spouse Michael J. Adamick; her son Michael B. Adamick; her grandson Michael T. Adamick; and her siblings, Frank Vozzola, Peter Vozzola, Philip Vozzola and Elizabeth Vozzola Shubert.

She is survived by : her children, Linda Pobat (Peter) of Boca Raton, FL and John Adamick (Jane) of Port Richey, FL; her daughter-in-law Judy Adamick of Ward, SC; her grandchildren, Andra Weber (Matthew) and Jodie Cromer (Trenton) of Ward, SC; and her great grandchildren, Blake Weber, Owen Weber, K. D. Adaire and Davis Cromer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
