We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2021, at the age of 57, Jill Marie Fahey (Granby, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by : her parents, Theresa Hahn and Albert Hahn; her children, Hahnna DelVecchio (Anthony), Nick Fahey (Kate Merrigen) and Jake Fahey; her grandchildren, Natalie, Vivian and Oisín; her husband Tim Fahey; and her siblings, Paul Hahn (Claire), Mark Hahn (Sharon) and Terri-Ann Hahn. She is also survived by her many cousins, in-laws, and friends.
