With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Georgiana C. Fontaine of Groton, Connecticut, who passed away on December 9, 2022 at the age of 100. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Georgiana C. Fontaine to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Gilbert Fontaine; her parents, Ray Colver and Anna Colver (Montgomery); and her children, Alan Fontaine and Suzanne Anderson.

She is survived by : her daughter Beth Ann Fontaine of Stonington. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
